He was a full-time Family Marriage counselor from 1982 to 1986 and has continued in this ministry throughout his life, even during his career in Law Enforcement. He has led large home care groups and understands the importance of the home care group in the local church. His experience with prayer and intercession grew through the many Bible studies he has taught in these care groups. because he always incorporated prayer and intercession into these Bible studies. He believes that growth in the Word of God is enhanced by prayer and intercession. He would always make time for prayer ministry at the end of each Bible study.
